Neoclassical Ambient from the Floor of a Hidden Kingdom
Neoclassical ambient music for one of ours, gone now to a quieter elsewhere, where the light still filters down and the ripples at the surface stay gentle.
From those depths, the trees along the shore lose their outlines, shifting reflections wavering across a ceiling of water lit by a rose-tinged dusk. The clouds and the pink late-afternoon sky go on lending their touches of colour to a panorama no one at the surface suspects. A remnant of what we once were, the place escapes the eye; you can only sense that it may be inhabited, that someone is patiently watching over a secret still to be found, and that a quiet, childlike heartbeat can still stir through the watery strata of our imagination. Music born of the inner stillness of the one who was taught, one day, to look at an enchanted lake, and who never forgot it.
For wound-bearers who carry within them the landscapes where their gaze first awoke.
